The Honeymoon and Waterhole Suites offer extra privacy. Bathrooms have a bathtub, an outdoor shower, and complimentary toiletries. In-room amenities include a fridge, a coffee machine, and a kettle.

Meals are served à la carte, at open-air boma barbecues, or as bush breakfasts. The restaurant and bar provide special diet menus, wine, and champagne. The food is fresh and varied, with options for vegans and other dietary needs.

Simbambili Lodge is located in the Sabi Sands Game Reserve, known for frequent leopard sightings and other wildlife. A waterhole near the main deck allows guests to watch animals from the lodge. Transfers from Hoedspruit Eastgate Airport can be arranged and take about 2 hours by road.

“What struck me most was the deeply personal hospitality, with staff like Trevor and Glory bringing genuine warmth and memorable touches to every interaction, from surprise bush breakfasts to energetic song. The safari expertise is undeniable; guides and trackers consistently located remarkable wildlife sightings, making for truly rewarding game viewing. The lodge itself is luxurious and private, though the meals, while varied and thoughtfully placed, didn't always quite reach the heights of the exceptional service and wildlife encounters.”
